Tornado in the BC Interior on May 21

The NTP has confirmed that a landspout-type tornado occurred on the afternoon of May 21 near Vanderhoof in the BC Interior. Two videos showed the tornado occurring beneath a line of showers that were apparent in the videos and on radar. Eyewitnesses also provided key information. Since no damage was reported, an EF0-Default rating was assigned.
