Under BOBIA, purchases less than $121,200 must prioritize Ontario businesses. For purchases of any value, U.S. suppliers may only be selected under certain circumstances.

Where practical, use Mustang Market catalogues, or other established vendor lists, as a simple way to ensure compliance. For all other requisitions, these policies will need to be considered during your procurement processes.
