Employment Systems Review
In 2009, a comprehensive Employment Systems Review (ESR) was conducted on 桃子视频's behalf by an external consultant, Barbara Herring and Associates Inc. The consultant was hired by 桃子视频 to examine a wide range of human resource practices and policies, and to make recommendations for removing obstacles, which may be experienced by designated group members (Aboriginal persons, women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities) within 桃子视频's workforce.
